I had a ton of fun playing this! (don't let the amount of frustrated cursing fool you lol) It got REALLY frustrating at one point where I couldn't tell why the flying heads weren't going down when (as far as I could tell) I hit them, but even with that it was a lot of fun. I love the art style as well--super interesting monster designs! Great job dev!
Oh thank you, it was one of my first projects back in 2019. It's only now that I've gotten around to completing it and putting it on the page. There may be bugs, but I decided to leave them as they are, so that there would be a memory of how I made games 6 years ago!
By the way, I watched your video and I can say that you would have completed the game in one of two endings. You could go further after the church to see the 2nd ending of the game!
Ahhhhhh! Dang this is pretty good for a 6 year old game!! Honestly I wanted to go back and get the other ending, but I was so frustrated at that point that I kept dying very early and gave up lol. NICE lore though--it was really fun!
